Scan.com raises $220M for AI imaging
Scan.com closed $220 million in combined equity and debt after doubling revenue to more than a $165 million annualized run rate. In its Series C announcement, the imaging network says the package includes $90 million of equity and $130 million of debt; its API uses AI to match live capacity, route reports to subspecialist radiologists, and return results typically within 48 hours. Builders tracking AI infrastructure in scientific fields should file this as a different healthcare moat: operational data and provider connectivity, not model novelty, are what the new capital is buying.
