Claude-Mem flags a ninth kind of agent memory

Claude-Mem added a ninth observation type, sensitive, for agent memories such as internal URLs, unreleased plans, business metrics, and client names. The v13.13.0 release sends Telegram alerts for that class by default and also fixes observer guidance that had omitted two existing security types, causing them to be under-emitted since April. For teams building persistent coordination layers for agents, the patch is a useful design cue: classify risky context when it is captured, not only when a later model tries to use it.
