Horizon3 raises $250M for autonomous pentesting

Horizon3 raised a $250 million Series E at a $2 billion valuation after its NodeZero platform ran 310,000 production security tests with zero reported disruptions, according to TechCrunch’s account of the round and company metrics. The company says NodeZero continuously attacks live infrastructure to expose and verify exploitable paths, while TechCrunch reports that Horizon3 approached $100 million in annual recurring revenue last year and serves roughly 7,200 to 7,300 customers. For security operators, the financing is another signal that continuous adversarial validation is moving from annual consultancy work toward software infrastructure—the same shift behind OpenAI’s bet on continuous agent red-teaming.
