June raises $20M to automate AI deployment

June emerged from stealth with $20 million in pre-seed funding for software that scans legacy enterprise systems, maps broken or duplicated workflows, and then builds agent-powered replacements; TechCrunch reports that Marc Benioff’s Time Ventures led the round. The four founders previously built Bonobo AI, sold it to Salesforce, and returned to attack the integration bottleneck behind the industry’s expanding forward-deployed-engineer teams. After OpenAI put $4 billion behind its own deployment-company strategy, June is a useful counter-bet for operators to file away: the scarce layer may become software that understands technical debt, not another model or another consulting bench.
