Visa agreed to acquire BioCatch for $2.4 billion in cash, moving its fraud defenses upstream from payment authorization into continuous behavioral identity. The definitive-deal announcement says BioCatch analyzes 19 billion sessions a month for more than 350 financial institutions and protects 760 million users by assessing signals such as keystrokes, touch gestures, and device handling.
