Cloudflare gives agent wallets three spending rails

Cloudflare introduced virtual wallets with 3 owner-set controls for AI agents: an allowance, a merchant allow list, and a maximum transaction size. Cloudflare Wallets will pair stablecoin balances with persistent agent identifiers, but only handle reservations opened today; funding, withdrawals, and virtual-wallet issuance are promised for the coming months.
