Cloudflare baselines AI spend over 30 days

Cloudflare AI Gateway now flags anomalous sessions against each user’s 95th-percentile cost over the previous 30 days and a separate organization threshold. User Insights also breaks out cost, requests, tokens, adoption, models, providers, and cache-hit rate, with no additional charge for AI Gateway customers. Teams applying runtime controls inside an agent harness should file this as a useful billing alarm, not behavioral proof: a p95 spike can signal a compromised credential or runaway agent, but still needs investigation.
