Cloudflare gives websites two WebMCP tool packs

Cloudflare launched a WebMCP developer preview with 2 tool packs that site owners can switch on without changing code at the origin. Cloudflare’s launch post says its edge-injected bridge exposes Content Credentials and a site’s existing MCP server to browser agents through document.modelContext, an experimental interface in Chrome 146. For teams that have already made MCP infrastructure stateless and horizontally scalable, the operator signal is that authenticated browser sessions may become an agent interface without a second integration surface—but this preview still needs testing against changing page state and permissions.
