LingBot-VA lands 1 of 12 plug insertions

LingBot-VA completed 1 of 12 valid real-robot plug-insertion trials, an 8.3% success rate, after training on 31 Galaxea A1 demonstrations. The evaluation archive includes paired-camera video, logs, checksums, and a failure analysis showing that all 11 failures missed stable plug/socket engagement; five earlier runs that stopped around the initial grasp were excluded. For robotics teams using simulation as a 20x checkpoint-screening funnel, this is a useful reminder to keep a small, fully archived hardware gate: one checkpoint and 12 retained trials cannot establish broad capability, but they can expose the alignment failure hidden by aggregate policy scores.
