Vercel AI SDK restores agent timeouts

Vercel shipped AI SDK 7.0.58 with three direct patches, including a fix that makes ToolLoopAgent respect configured timeouts. The release also adds adaptive aspect ratios for four Seedance 2.5 video task classes; for operators, the timeout repair is the reason to update, because stopping rules are part of the model-and-harness system whose cost and reliability can swing even when the underlying model stays fixed, as Octobench’s same-model harness comparison showed.
