5C secures $1.4B for AI data centers
5C Group has assembled more than $1.4 billion for North American AI data centers after closing a new $605 million Brookfield-led debt facility on top of $835 million raised in 2025. The company’s financing announcement says the capital will fund acquisition and construction in Memphis plus expansion in Ohio and Phoenix against a 1.5-gigawatt roadmap. Infrastructure buyers should read the raise beside the archive’s grid fast-lane analysis: financing can advance a campus, but contracted power and delivered accelerator-hours still decide whether roadmap capacity becomes usable compute.
