Archer adds Boeing's $200M defense business

Archer Aviation will acquire Boeing’s Wisk Aero, SkyGrid and Insitu subsidiaries, adding a defense business that Boeing says generates more than $200 million in annual revenue and has fielded 3,500-plus uncrewed aircraft in 35 countries.
