Lovable raises $400M at $13.3B valuation

Lovable has raised $400 million in Series C funding at a $13.3 billion valuation, led by Menlo Ventures and the Scaleup Europe Fund, according to the company’s official funding announcement. The AI software-creation platform says builders have created more than 60 million projects, whose apps now see over 900 million monthly visits, while nearly two-thirds of Fortune 500 companies have employees using it. The signal for builders is not just another valuation mark: app-building is becoming a distribution and governance problem, which makes OpenAI’s move into hosted prompt-built apps a competitive pressure worth tracking alongside raw model quality.
