CodeRabbit raises $143M for agent governance
CodeRabbit raised $143 million in Series C at a $1.5 billion valuation, less than a year after its previous round, and says revenue grew more than fivefold while its platform now runs over 2 million code reviews a week. The company’s funding and Agentic Change Management announcement frames the product as an independent quality and governance layer across human- and AI-generated changes, with more than 17,000 customers. Teams adding coding agents should budget for review and change control as a separate control plane, not assume faster generation removes the need for the runtime-efficiency checks that AI-written C++ already demands.
