Xpander raises $7.5M for portable enterprise agents

Xpander raised $7.5 million in seed funding and launched Omni, an enterprise agent that the company says scored 90.9% on the GAIA benchmark. Its financing announcement describes a vendor-neutral platform that runs agents across models, frameworks, and clouds; the published GAIA results provide the benchmark methodology and full scores. The round is a small but concrete signal that teams are buying a portable agent harness, not just a chatbot: evaluate the claimed score against your own workflows and the archive’s agent-reliability gap before handing a platform control of production tasks.
