Stigg acquires Received.ai for usage billing
Stigg acquired Received.ai, adding four billing capabilities—contract management, prorations, formula-based pricing, and consolidated invoicing—to its runtime usage platform. The technology is now integrated, while broader general availability is planned through 2026. In Stigg’s acquisition announcement, the company says the new capabilities are in public beta and can turn signed terms into live entitlements and invoices alongside Stripe, NetSuite, Airwallex, or Checkout.com. For AI companies moving beyond seats into credits and metered work, the operational seam to file away is not another payment rail but the contract-to-entitlement handoff—the same metered AI infrastructure economics Actualyze is trying to govern.
