Baidu GPU Cloud revenue jumps 283%

Baidu’s AI Cloud Infrastructure revenue reached RMB 7.3 billion in Q2 2026, up 50% year over year, while its GPU Cloud line grew 283%; AI Applications revenue was RMB 2.5 billion, up just 3%. In Baidu’s earnings release, the company also reports that AI-powered business reached RMB 12.5 billion and half of general-business revenue, even as total revenue fell 4% year over year. The split is a useful operator signal: in this quarter, monetized demand for AI compute was scaling much faster than monetized end-user applications; Baidu’s earlier AI-cloud pricing analysis tracks the infrastructure side of that transition.
