Boom raises $15M for rental-housing AI

Boom raised $15 million in Series A funding and launched BoomCRM, an AI leasing tool that answers calls, qualifies prospects, schedules tours, and carries pre-qualification data into applications, according to the funding report and Boom’s product page. The company says its platform serves more than 400 property operators overseeing 500,000 units; the operator signal is to test whether one agent can preserve underwriting state across the call, tour, and screening funnel, rather than add another isolated chatbot beside the archive’s evidence on hybrid voice AI.
