Nvidia Takes a Stake in Cloverleaf's AI Sites

NVIDIA took a minority stake in Cloverleaf Infrastructure, a developer that says it has advanced multiple gigawatt-scale projects since its 2024 founding, to accelerate power-ready AI factory sites, according to Cloverleaf’s partnership announcement. Cloverleaf will apply NVIDIA’s DSX platform to bring land, power, cooling, computing, and facility decisions together earlier in design; the investment amount was not disclosed, though the developer previously raised $300 million. Data-center builders should file this as another sign that chip vendors are moving upstream into site and power development, following the site’s analysis of AI power contracts.
