Nscale seeks $3B IPO for 11GW AI cloud
Nscale reportedly plans to raise $3 billion in a U.S. IPO as it targets growth from 831 megawatts of data-center capacity to about 11 gigawatts, according to SiliconANGLE’s report citing Bloomberg. The London-based builder’s reported customer contracts total about $51 billion, including a 1.35-gigawatt Microsoft commitment, but the IPO remains a report rather than a filed prospectus. Compute buyers should file the signal alongside the paper’s $3 trillion data-center-capex forecast: capacity is becoming a public-market product before the power and delivery risk disappears.
