Embedd raises $2.7M for physical AI hardware

London startup Embedd raised $2.7 million in pre-seed funding led by Seedcamp to automate the software integration between chips and physical-AI systems, according to coverage of the round and its Microchip partnership. The company says its digital-twin and AI-agent approach can cut chip integration from four to six months to about three weeks, and deliver production-ready software up to six times faster. Hardware teams should file the round as a bet on the integration layer beneath robots and vehicles, not another robot-brain model, alongside the archive’s analysis of concentrated physical-AI funding.
