WildBrain buys kid-safe Personality AI

WildBrain acquired 100% of Personality AI for about $11 million in cash plus 1 million WildBrain shares, with another $2 million due after one year and up to $56 million in performance-based consideration tied to 2027–2029 revenue targets, according to the acquisition announcement. Personality AI previously built Hey Peppa Pig for Amazon Kids+ and says it operates under PRIVO COPPA Safe Harbor, with no storage or monetization of children’s personal data.
