Porsche signs €1.25B AI deal with TCS

Porsche signed a five-year, €1.25 billion ($1.46 billion) AI contract with Tata Consultancy Services, which will also acquire Porsche’s IT consultancy MHP for €320 million, according to CNBC’s report on the agreement and Porsche’s announcement. MHP brings more than 4,500 employees into TCS, while Porsche keeps it as a continuing partner for AI and digital transformation.
