Wan3.0 turns documents into 30-second videos

Alibaba launched Wan3.0 on Alibaba Cloud Model Studio, a video model that generates up to 30 seconds in one pass and accepts a single document — including PPT, PDF, DOC, XLS, or Markdown — up to 100MB and 50 pages. The API costs $0.05 per second at 480P and $0.20 at 1080P, so a full-resolution half-minute costs $6 before iteration. For teams already turning decks into demos or training material, Qwen’s open-model ecosystem is widening the production funnel: file-to-video is now a workflow primitive, not just a prompt trick.
