ChronoScale plans 50MW for Microsoft
ChronoScale disclosed a two-year Microsoft GPU-services partnership for roughly 50 megawatts of AI compute, built around NVIDIA GB300 systems and targeted for Q1 2027. The company’s SEC filing makes the headline less certain than the headline: financing, construction, cooling, GPU procurement, and operations are conditions, and missed tranches can trigger daily credits, termination rights, or refunds. Builders should file it beside the $40 million-per-megawatt cost of AI capacity; Microsoft-scale demand is becoming a contract, but not yet delivered compute.
