Claude for Teachers reaches districts free

Anthropic made Claude for Teachers available to U.S. K–12 schools and districts on August 28 as a free Enterprise offering, with teaching skills and academic-standard connections covering all 50 states, according to the district launch announcement. Administrators verify the organization, connect its domain and single sign-on, and manage staff under one K–12 privacy agreement; overage billing is off by default and Anthropic says the conversations are not used for training.
