Roma AI raises $1.2M for governed agents

Roma AI raised a $1.2 million seed round led by Invexor Venture Partners, with the Uruguay-based company saying it now serves more than 50 organizations and processes over 500,000 messages a month. The Forbes Uruguay report describes agents that connect to CRM, ERP, and payment systems, while El Observador’s account says the capital will strengthen engineering, governance, and security. The signal is less the round than the control layer: enterprise buyers will pay for traceability before granting agents write access, a practical extension of the archive’s agent-reliability benchmark.
