AWS adds Blackwell Ultra nodes in two regions

AWS has expanded EC2 P6-B300 instances to Hyderabad and São Paulo, giving each node eight NVIDIA Blackwell Ultra GPUs and 2.1 TB of high-bandwidth GPU memory, according to the regional-availability announcement. The two-region expansion matters more than the spec-sheet headline for teams placing training or inference near users: data-center tariff math still belongs in the regional comparison, because capacity availability and landed cost now move together.
