Codex CLI 0.151 adds MCP result hooks

OpenAI shipped Codex CLI 0.151.0 with two new MCP controls: a configurable discovery grace period and extensions that can inspect or replace tool results before they reach the model. The release also hardens sandbox and permission handling, so teams using Codex as an agent host should test policy extensions against coding-agent harness benchmarks before expanding tool access.
