Circleback makes AI notes free

Circleback added a free tier for AI meeting notes at $0 per user per month, with Pro at $15 and Business at $25. Circleback’s pricing page says the free plan includes action items, transcripts, 30-day history, Slack and Linear integrations, and limited API, MCP, CLI, and automation access. For teams, free capture is not free context: the paper’s guide to AI transcription tools shows why retention, integrations, and export limits—not transcription alone—decide whether a notetaker becomes useful organizational memory.
