Nscale secures $3B for two AI campuses

Nscale closed approximately $3 billion in aggregate commitments across two senior-secured delayed-draw term loans for AI deployments in Ward County, Texas, and Madison County, North Carolina. The financing announcement says up to $1.85 billion will fund the Texas campus’s roughly 275 MW of IT load, while up to $1.2 billion backs a 40 MW North Carolina site and GPU, networking, storage, and liquid-cooling equipment. For infrastructure buyers, the archive’s tariff analysis is the caveat to file: capital can buy accelerators, but power and site economics still set deployment pace.
