Lyte raises $165M to give robots a clearer world
Lyte raised a $165 million Series C led by Maverick Silicon at a $1.6 billion post-money valuation, as its physical-AI sensing stack enters production. The funding report says LyteVision combines custom silicon, multimodal sensors, and spatial software, and is shipping to robotics customers in inspection, logistics, and manufacturing. Teams evaluating integrated robot perception should file this as a hardware bet: model quality cannot rescue sensors that misread motion, and production deployments—not valuation—will decide whether the integrated stack earns its premium.
