GitHub ships Agent Merge in VS Code 1.136

GitHub’s latest Copilot release puts Agent Merge into public preview in VS Code 1.136, where it resolves review feedback, failed checks, and merge conflicts before a pull request is ready to merge in the weekly release. The same release makes the Copilot harness generally available in JetBrains and adds content-exclusion support to Copilot app and CLI workflows.
