Sharon AI targets 150,000 GPUs with Rafay
Sharon AI announced a five-year Rafay agreement on September 4 designed to orchestrate up to 150,000 GPUs across its AI Factory environments in the company’s announcement. The deal standardizes provisioning, workload orchestration, governance, monitoring, and multi-tenancy, but the figure is a capacity design target rather than a disclosed GPU purchase or revenue commitment. For builders, the economics of a large GPU-cloud bet now have a companion lesson: raw accelerators are not the product; control-plane standardization is what makes capacity sellable.
