Gimlet Labs raises $300M for inference cloud
Gimlet Labs raised $300 million in Series B funding, taking its valuation to $3 billion and total funding to $392 million, according to the company’s announcement of its multi-silicon inference cloud. The company says its architecture can mix silicon and route workloads across heterogeneous accelerators; the capital signal matters because inference infrastructure is being financed as a systems layer, not treated as commodity GPU rental. Builders tracking serving economics should compare the round with OpenAI’s Jalapeño power-per-token case.
