Roland's Melody Flip offers 250 AI palettes
Roland launched Melody Flip, a DAW plug-in with more than 250 Palettes that generate melody, chords, bass, and drums from a track or a chosen style, the company says and The Verge reports. It exports audio or MIDI rather than finished songs and is included with every Roland Cloud membership level, including the free tier—an unusually constrained AI music product that keeps arrangement and taste with the user. Producers should file the pattern beside the archive’s analysis of AI music’s statutory exposure: creative tooling is moving into DAWs, but liability still follows the training and output chain.
