Arm claims 70% faster phone AI

Arm launched CSS for Mobile 2, claiming its doubled SME2 CPU capability enables a 70% speedup on small language models while its Mali G2-Ultra NX delivers up to 4x higher performance per watt for neural graphics, Arm says.
