Celero raises $275M for 1.6T AI links

Celero raised $275 million in Series C, bringing total capital to $415 million and valuation above $3 billion after validating a 2nm coherent DSP for 1.6T-to-3.2T optical links, the funding release says. The money funds production readiness, not proof of volume deployment. Network architects can use Eliyan’s interconnect round as a comparator, but should demand measured power, yield, and accelerator-utilization data before standardizing on a new fabric.
