Forus raises $160M for AI medicine access
Forus raised $160 million to build an AI-powered network connecting doctors, pharmacies, payers, and biopharma, according to its launch announcement. The company says its network is used by thousands of practices in all 50 states and reaches nearly 80% of U.S. ZIP codes while automating authorization, financial assistance, and fulfillment routing. Teams building consumer health AI around a patient’s longitudinal record should file this as a distribution signal: in medicine, payer and pharmacy connectivity may be as defensible as model quality.
