Clay raises $115M at a $7.1B valuation
Clay raised $115 million in Series D funding at a $7.1 billion valuation after revenue grew fourfold in 2025 and its customer count passed 17,000, according to Clay’s funding announcement. The company says it is moving from B2B data aggregation toward agents that run personalized growth workflows, a useful marker of where software budgets are flowing even before the agents’ output claims are independently measured. For GTM operators, customer scale matters more than the valuation headline; Veeva’s workflow-agent pilot shows why queue time and exception handling still decide whether an agent belongs in production.
