Google ships ADK for Kotlin 1.0

Google released ADK for Kotlin 1.0, giving Kotlin Multiplatform developers full feature parity with ADK 1.0 Core plus Android-first extensions for LiteRT-LM, ML Kit, Firebase AI Logic, Room, and AppSearch. Google’s announcement says KSP generates type-safe function schemas with zero runtime reflection, and publishes 1.0.0 dependencies for the core and on-device modules. Android and server-side Kotlin teams should file it beside Google Cloud’s integrated agent platform and test the on-device/cloud boundary before accepting another vendor-specific agent runtime.
