Arlequin AI raises €28M for topological networks
Arlequin AI raised €28 million in Series A funding to develop topological neural networks for complex, auditable data, according to the company’s funding announcement. The Paris startup says its platform is already used by governments and large organizations, with about 50 employees—including 35 engineers and 15 PhDs—and plans a Silicon Valley lab by the end of 2026; those are company-reported milestones, not proof that TNNs beat transformer baselines. Builders handling relational, consequential data should file this as an architecture bet rather than replace a tested retrieval stack; Mistral’s sovereign-AI deployment economics shows the more immediate procurement path.
