Cylake raises $245M for sovereign cyber AI

Cylake raised $245 million through a convertible note, taking total funding to $290 million for an AI-native cybersecurity platform built for regulated organizations, according to the financing report. The company’s funding release puts beta by the end of 2026 and general availability in 2027; Cylake says its platform can run on-premises or in private clouds to keep data and operations under customer control. That makes this a financing signal for sovereign security, not product proof: benchmark its eventual control plane against Palo Alto’s security-growth debt after a working beta exposes deployment and detection trade-offs.
