Slackforce Surfaces builds live dashboards in Slack

Salesforce launched Slackforce Surfaces across 5 Slack plan tiers, a Slackbot feature that turns permitted Slack and connected-app context into live dashboards, reports, executive decks, microsites, calculators, and other shared interfaces. The company’s announcement says it is available today across five Slack plan tiers—Enterprise+, Business+, Pro, Legacy, and Free Teams—while live-data functionality begins rolling out in October; Surfaces remain under existing permissions and refresh from connected sources. Teams building on the archive’s agent governance gateway should treat this as a BI-surface experiment: test permission propagation and refresh correctness before replacing a governed dashboard.
