Google puts Antigravity inside Gemini API

Google made its Antigravity agent available through the Gemini API, where one call can provision a secure Linux sandbox and run an autonomous loop on Gemini 3.8 Flash, according to Google’s managed-agent documentation. The preview exposes code execution, web search, URL fetching, filesystem access, and remote MCP, while usage is billed for model tokens and tools rather than a flat agent fee; free-tier projects receive a quota. Builders already wiring agent loops should file this as a runtime shortcut, not a production commitment: the archive’s Antigravity analysis shows why quota and portability still need checking.
