Salesforce's Koa cuts CRM errors threefold

Salesforce and NVIDIA launched Koa, a CRM reasoning model that matches or exceeds leading models on Salesforce’s CRM benchmark with three times fewer errors. Salesforce’s announcement says Koa post-trains NVIDIA Nemotron 3 Super on synthetic scenarios drawn from nearly three decades of CRM deployments, runs inside Salesforce’s trust boundary, and is moving into pilots with six customers; general availability is expected in winter 2026. Builders should file Koa as a workflow-specialist benchmark claim—not a general model switch—and test action accuracy and data-boundary fit against their own records, alongside Salesforce’s agent-credit runway problem.
