Nebius raises B300 GPU prices 21%
Nebius will raise on-demand prices for Nvidia H100 instances by about 17% and B300 instances by about 21% on October 1, while AMD EPYC Genoa rates rise 25%, according to the reported pricing notice. That is the second increase in a few months and takes cumulative B300 inflation to about 56%; the archive’s neocloud valuation analysis shows why supply-constrained GPU rental rates should be treated as financing terms, not static list prices. Builders with October capacity renewals should reprice workloads before committing, because Nebius has not disclosed the increases’ expected financial impact or whether demand will ease.
