Raindrop reaches $50M for agent simulations
Raindrop announced a Series A that brings its total funding to $50 million and launched Simulations, a pre-release test for agent changes. In Raindrop’s announcement, Simulations replay production traffic and existing tests against proposed harness changes on every pull request, then look for anomalous behavior; the company says general availability is planned within a month. Teams should treat this as a reminder to evaluate harness-level agent costs and outcomes before promoting an agent change, because a passing test case does not expose every regression.
