Xenon opens a 397B computer-use model

Xenon released Hunmin VLM 397B, an open computer-use model that scored 70.5 on OSWorld—22.3 points above its Qwen3.5-397B base—after post-training on eight NVIDIA B200 GPUs. Its model card says the weights are Apache 2.0 and reports 75.6 on ScreenSpot-Pro, but warns agent scores depend on a five-image visual-history setting. That makes Hunmin a useful low-level benchmark for teams testing local GUI agents, not proof that a 397B checkpoint is cheap to serve; Claude Code’s control-plane tradeoff still matters at orchestration time.
