DAMO RADAR reads 146 conditions from CT scans

Alibaba’s DAMO RADAR can screen a single abdominal CT scan for 146 diseases, and coverage of its Science study reports that it outperformed 23 of 26 specialist radiologists in a reader comparison. The released implementation was trained on more than 400,000 contrast-enhanced CT examinations and 15 million anatomy-aware image-text pairs.
